In my search for various legal documents over the last few years I became totaly frustrated and hated having to pay an attorney to do something I could have easily done had I had these documents. Don't misunderstand me, there are many many times an attorney is necessary. However there are times that with the documents you can do it for yourself. Do not hesitate to contact an attorney when needed.
